1. General Refund Conditions
At Melid Hotel, guest satisfaction is our priority. Refund procedures are applied within the following framework.
2. Free Cancellation
- Free cancellation is available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the check-in date.
- Full refund is processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
3. Late Cancellation
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in date will be charged the first night.
- Remaining amount will be refunded.
4. No-Show
- If the guest does not arrive without cancellation, the full accommodation fee will be charged.
- No refund will be made for no-show situations.
5. Early Departure
- No refund is provided for early departure from the hotel.
- The full reservation amount is charged regardless of early departure.
6. Special Periods
- Different cancellation policies may apply during public holidays, special events and high-season periods.
- Special conditions are communicated during the reservation process.
7. Refund Methods
- Credit card payments: Refund is made to the same card.
- Bank transfer: Refund is made to the specified IBAN.
- Cash payments: Refund is made via bank transfer.
